Apex Legends Mobile has just launched on the Google Play Store for pre-registration and Respawn has begun testing this early version of Apex Legends Mobile with a limited number of players. We’ve also been informed that mobile gamers will receive exclusive new skins, and we can expect other exclusives to be added to the mobile-only version of Apex Legends.
Will Apex Legends Mobile be available on iOS and Android?
We can confirm that the game will be available on Android devices via the Google Play Store, as mentioned registration is now live. As for iOS devices, Respawn has also confirmed that the Mobile game will be launched on iOS as well as they note the huge demand for the mobile version of the increasingly popular Apex Legends game.
When is the Apex Legends Mobile release date?
Unfortunately, as of right now Respawn has not announced an official release date for Apex Legends Mobile. What we can say is, the fact that Respawn is now pushing pre-registrations on the Google Play Store, and the fact that they are running closed betas, we can expect the game in the next few months, definitely by the end of 2021.
So far Respawn has hosted closed betas across multiple countries including the Philippines and India both of which have communicated very positive reactions to the mobile game. One of the biggest differences between Apex Legends Mobile and the PC and Console versions is the introduction of third-person perspective by default.
For those waiting for Apex Legends Mobile gameplay, you might need to wait a little longer. As we suspect these closed betas are under NDA, unless someone leaks footage we will have to wait for Respawn Entertainment and EA to officially announce gameplay.
