My family loves a good casserole and this one is definitely a favorite. I’ve made this dish using chicken and turkey and we love it both ways. I believe this recipe makes the perfect weeknight dinner. I’ve also taken it to numerous potlucks and come home with an empty bowl! People rave about the cracker topping.
