Everlasting Moonglow Stats
Everlasting Moonglow starts with 46 Base ATK and a 10.8% HP substat. At Level 90, these stats become 608 Base ATK and 49.6% HP, giving it a Base ATK on par to that of Lost Prayer of the Sacred Winds and Memory of Dust, and therefore the second highest Base ATK of any Catalyst in Genshin Impact.
The in-game weapon effect description:
Healing Bonus increased by 10%, Normal ATK DMG is increased by 1% of the Max HP of the character equipping this weapon. For 12s after using an Elemental Burst, Normal Attacks that hit opponents will restore 0.6 Energy. Energy can be restored in the way once every 0.1s.
Everlasting Moonglow Refinement
In Genshin Impact, you can Refine a weapon by feeding it an identical weapon to itself, which increases some of the weapon’s effects in turn. With each Refinement of the Everlasting Moonglow the Healing Bonus increases, as well as the additional Normal ATK DMG. This means that with a bit of luck (or money), you can make your Everlasting Moonglow into a high DMG dealing, healing machine.
Best Characters to use Everlasting Moonglow in Genshin Impact
The best character to give this Catalyst to is Kokomi, as it was specifically designed to complement her skill set. With the Everlasting Moonglow, Kokomi will be able to both deal high DMG to her opponents and supply plenty of heals to her allies.
However, if you have no plans to pull for Kokomi or got this weapon by accident, the other option you have is to equip it to Barbara. Barbara is a great choice to use this weapon, as she’s a 4-star character all players are given after completing Genshin Impact’s Prologue. She is also a healer whose healing output scales off her Max HP, similarly to Kokomi, meaning she can take full advantage of the HP gain and Healing Bonus the Everlasting Moonglow provides.
The Base ATK of the Everlasting Moonglow as well as its Normal ATK DMG increase might seem a little overkill for a character like Barbara, whose Base ATK is rather lacklustre. However, for those who want to take on the challenge of building Barbara as a DPS whilst still taking advantage of her healing, the Everlasting Moonglow is the perfect contender.
