Boneless chicken breasts (Could use thighs or legs, too)

You could easily use chicken tenders, legs, thighs or any cut of the chicken you like. You just need to cook the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165. This recipe is wonderful with chicken tenders!

Honey Baked Chicken Breasts
This is an easy recipe for baked chicken breasts. They honey really adds a wonderful flavor.
Servings: 4 servings
- 2 to 4 boneless chicken breasts Could use thighs or legs, too
- 2 cups corn flakes crushed
- 1/3 cup honey
- Salt and Pepper
Put corn flakes in a plastic bag and crush as fine as you can get them. Add salt and pepper to crumbs and pour into a bowl. Put honey in a second bowl. Dip chicken in honey making sure it is fully coated, then in cornflake crumbs.
Spray baking dish and bake chicken in preheated 375 degree oven until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees. Baking time will depend on the size of the chicken breast you use.
