Next to Southern food I guess my family loves Italian best. We love dishes like lasagna, spaghetti, meatballs and anything that contains Italian spices. “I made this for our Christmas Supper. Oh my word, it is excellent! My boyfriend said it’s the best lasagna I’ve made by far and that I need to make it more often because it’s his favorite! He loves the flavor from all the herbs & seasonings.
I used 2lb of meat. So, I was a little concerned as the sauce simmered that there wasn’t enough liquid. I resolved this by adding a tiny bit of water every ten minutes or so. Also, I used the no boil noodles. They worked beautifully! I served it with salad & garlic toast as recommended. Oh, and the next day leftovers are just as delicious!” – Diane

“This is so good I made it today for lunch as had some ladies in for lunch and bible study we have at one another’s home every two weeks and I waned something that was very tasty and very good and did not take a long time to cook either they all love Italian dishes so had this guess what it is all gone and they wanted the recipe so I gave them your site address told them could find a lot of super recipes on your site.
