- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries topped, washed, and mashed
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine softened

Turn onto a plate. Add frosting.
I made the following frosting to pour over this cake. If you use this frosting, cake will need to be refrigerated. If you want to frost the entire cake, you will need to double this recipe.
Cream together cheese and margarine, add vanilla and strawberries. Add confectionery sugar until frosting reaches desired consistency. Pour over cake. Garnish cake with addition strawberries if you like.
Frosting recipe will do an entire cake. Can cut in half to just drizzle over cake. You could also do this cake in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
